Back to School On the Roads

Here in HRM, every year, traffic spikes on the first day of school and stays that way for several months. More cars and rushing drivers lead to more accidents. Make sure you are alert and aware of your surroundings, always check blind spots and drive safely. Oh, and make sure your car insurance is up to date, and the slip is in your car.

School Bus safety is really important! Did you know that it is an offence in Nova Scotia to pass a school bus with its red lights flashing? Make sure to stop and give plenty of room to keep our kids safe.

Maybe you have kids heading off to University. Have you thought about protecting their belongings while they are living away?
